Activities

Activities are based on the resident’s likes/dislikes/hobbies and of course their abilities and we welcome visitors to come and join in. We have an activities co-ordinator on board to facilitate this.

We have lots of books and board games and of course celebrations take place in the home at Christmas and Easter and other festivals during the year. On special days like birthdays, lunch is prepared and then a tea with birthday cake at which relatives and friends are welcome. 

We do have a television in the main lounge but residents who wish to read and chat have the opportunity to use the conservatory or quite lounge. However televisions are provided in all bedrooms, allowing for freedom of choice.
