Clinical Governance:
Clinical Governance has several purposes beyond simply establishing the essential standards of quality and safety. The company has a strong system in place which is led by our Senior Manager. His role is to assist staff to comply with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010 and the Care Quality Commission CQC (Registration) Regulations 2009.

These regulations and outcomes describe the essential standards of quality and safety that people who use our service have a right to expect. This replaces the Care Standards Act 2000 and National Minimal Standards from October 2010.
