Mandatory Induction Training is provided by our company trainer Janet Brown who is also a Senior Carer.

This includes:

• Manual handling
• Health & Safety
• Adult Abuse
• Infection Control
• Fire Safety
• Food & Hygiene

Ongoing training for all staff includes the following:

• Mental Capacity Act (MCA)
• Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS)
• Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults
• Diversity & Equality
• Palliative Care NVQ Level
• Dementia
• Nutrition
